My name is Nadine and I am a holistic exercise coach for people who are going through hard times such as cancer, chronic illness, the loss of a loved one, or facing an emotionally distress

My Story

Born and raised in Antwerp, I caught the travel bug early on  and lived abroad at 21. Later, with my husband and children, I moved to the United States.
However, in 2015, our lives change. My husband’s persistent shoulder pain turns out to be lung cancer. Maybe the biggest irony was that my husband worked for Pfizer launching a new treatment against lung cancer!!!

From the day he was diagnosed, we were hit with waves of chaos, fear, anxiety. The physical and psychological side effects appear rapidly. 

What lifted us up during this period? To exercise. Exercise alleviated fatigue, stiffness, pain, anxiety, and allowed us to grow closer as patient and companion.

After Bernard’s death, I wanted to make sense of what we had experienced. I decided to create Keep Moving: a physical and emotional coaching program for people suffering from cancer, chronic diseases or emotional distress, since, for me,
everything is connected, mind, body and heart.

Initial Consultation

An individual and personalized consultation

I offer you an individual and personalized consultation. This is a time to discuss your situation to date, your concerns, your roadblocks and your needs.

It is also an opportunity to learn more about my work method and to ask me all your questions.

It is free and lasts 30 minutes.

It can be done by video-conference or by phone,  according to your preferences.

Individual Coaching

10 sessions adapted to your physical and emotional needs

I offer 10 sessions tailored to your physical and emotional needs.

Each session will include:

  • A review. This will be an opportunity to discuss and review your progress.
